Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition, with all tags and packaging intact. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required for processing returns.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We recommend inspecting your order immediately upon delivery. If your product is damaged, defective, or if you’ve received the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve the issue and arrange a return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to health and safety regulations, certain items cannot be returned if you simply change your mind. These exclusions will be clearly listed on the product page. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, we recommend returning the original product and placing a new order for the replacement once your return has been processed.
Refund Process
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
